The Black Reliquary is a massive overhaul mod that adds an entirely new map, classes, hub, items and mechanics like religious affiliations and day and night cycles.
There is an easy fix for this: to install content adding mods, and there are plenty! However, once you run out of content, each new run can become less and less exciting. Darkest Dungeon has a lot of replay value you can try new classes, builds and trinkets that you overlooked in your first run and learn from your prior mistakes to maximise your efficiency.
